This sweet and refreshing guac recipe will “wow” your guests and you won’t believe how simple it is to prepare.
1 ripe avocado, peeled and seed removed
1 ripe mango, peeled and seed removed
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 small bunch cilantro (about ¼ cup whole leaves, stems removed)
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
Roughly dice the mango and avocado. Combine in a food processor with yogurt, cilantro and soy sauce until creamy. Serve with corn chips or quesadillas.
