Instructions for Velvety Mango Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and process until completely smooth. Form a make-shift pastry bag using a small plastic zipper sandwich bag with the corner cut off. Spoon a small amount of sauce into the “pastry bag” and work the sauce with your hands into the section of the bag with the clipped corner. Drizzle sauce over quesadillas or use as a sandwich spread. Refrigerate mango sauce in a covered container up to 24 hours. Makes 2 cups.
