This recipe was created by my dear friend Cheryl, who shares my passion for cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. Cheryl’s latest “work of art” is this tasty fig infused balsamic flatbread, which she threw together in a matter of minutes.

Cheryl’s Fig Infused Balsamic Flat Bread


  • Small handful of fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
  • Olive Oil (plain or flavored)
  • Flatbread
  • 1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts
  • 6 ounces of crumbled goat cheese
  • Balsamic glaze (Fig infused is a favorite)


  • Assemble spinach on top of the flatbread.
  • Add marinated artichoke hearts and crumbled goat cheese.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of the flatbread.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  • Cut with a food scissor or pizza cutter into 4-6 pieces.
